Had my Sunfire re-tuned today by Brian at
Dynotune Motorsports. Of course, being that our cars' computers are retarded compared to most others, it was giving him fits. Had some odd false knock issues that took a while to figure out, but everything was eventually settled correctly. Big news was, I made 347.4 horsepower, and 387.9 torque!!!! Around 17.5 psi peak boost, with awesome AFR's. Here is my dyno sheet from my final run.

Nice, but numbers may be skewed a little high due to the graph... I would love to see what they are with a smoother plot.

That was with as much smoothing as he could do. Every graph and run had that weird spike around 4350 rpms, we are both confused a bit about that. My tuner is excellent with HPT, but has little experience with the J-body PCMs. I wish I could have him collaborate with you and maybe get my car figured out a bit better, but for right now I'm happy with the output in power, but of course I'm always going to want more.
