I've got a '94 cavi (2-door) and I'm in the process of fixing all the rust-damage that didn't look that bad when I bought the car (of course that was before I drove it through the winter salt-fest). I found a passenger side door at the wreckers that's got a few surface-spots but it's still solid, so I fixed it up and took off my old rusty door which was an adventure all on it's own, since I didn't know how to get at the friggin' hinge bolts. Now I can't get the bolts in to put my new door on. I'm stuck with a car that's only got one door, and this is my daily driver!! Okay, so I managed to get the upper hinge bolted on pretty easily, and I got the door to close so that I can drive it with one hinge and the latch mechanism holding it into place. It's been a full week now and the door hasn't fallen off yet but I need to get this thing put on right so I can open my door again! HELP!
