Hey there,

Just a quick question ...how many of you have custom downpipes and did you make them yourself or have someone make it for you? If you made it yourself how'd you do it? Thanks

i do, kinda. i put a pacesetter header on and used the provided downpipe flange (3in long). i took my factory downpipe (which has been tested by many as good to 250) and cut it down to the top of the cat, welded my flange (pacesetter provided) to the top of the cat. then i took an inch off at the bottom of the cat. then i hooked it up to a magnaflow cat-back system. i'm very pleased with the results. : D

Some good looking downpipes in here. I did all the cutting and fitting myself, then I taped the pipes together and marked them with a line and marked it A to A, B to B etc. Then just took them to a shop and had them weld them for me. I didnt do a bunch of welds together just so I could make sure the next peice was going to fit. Seemed to work out great.
