I'm new at building ecotecs. I used to be a dsm guy but after having 2 eclipses die, I decided to switch it up. I have a 2005 cavalier with the 2.2 bonestock ecotec. Id LOVE to reach 250 hp and keep it as an everyday, 100% reliable, driver. Although, I don't want to go the forced induction route and I don't want tear apart the shortblock or forge internals. Anyone have any custom builds they can reccomend to help me reach my goal? If my goal is even possible? I'd go as far as changing the head, but thats about as deep into the block as I want to go. Any suggestions at all would be awesome.
