Should I put a turbo on my sunfire? What does having a turbo on your car do?

Read all the stickies in the boost form. Putting a turbo on your car will give you more power but if not done right, it can cause damage to your engine. If your not sure what a turbo does, maybe look into more of a beginner's mod like an intake or exhaust.....

He's in the Newbies forum, cut him some slack.

Here's an explanation of what a turbo is and what it does...

And here's the FAQ in the Boost forum that deals with your Sunfire...

Now whether you should put it on your car depends on a lot of things, try to give us some more info about what you're wanting from your car

No. You dont need a turbo. If you dont know what it does, you most certainly shouldnt have one
