my buddy has a turbo teggy and ran a 9.0 1/8th mile time and i was just wondering if ne one could give me an estimated 1/4 mile time (if possible).

What are his 60' times? I ran a 13.888 with a 2.1 60' time on a 8.9 second 1/8th, and a 13.784 with a 2.3 60' time on a 9.0 second 1/8th. So If he's only cutting 2.3's, he might have a serious top end to pull it out of the box.
