well first off my car is a 2003 sunfire with auto tranny, aem cai, pacesetter header, hi flow cat, stock piping to a ebay muffler and the shift plus..

it rained all day and it was hot and humid at the track.. here are the best times i had

1st time slip... by the way its a 1/8th mile track

RT.........1.0558
60ft.......2.4752
330ft......7.0819
1/8th.....10.8323
mph.........65.88

then i ran a 75 shot of what i thought was nitrous.. turns out the bottle was full of air... let this be a lesson.. not to buy used nitrous kits... so 40 bucks later i this is the times i got

RT...........8773
60ft.......2.3838
330ft......6.4258
1/8th......9.7073
mph.........74.78

i know i need to get the 60ft times down and that was with my 17s with crappy tires.. next time i go im gonna switch back to my stock wheels and see what happens.. any advice on how to get the 60ft times down??? i cant seem to do anything to get them down.. thanks for the advice

here comes the boost!

That 1/8 trap is pretty nice.

Did you spray in 1st gear?

He's auto, he better have sprayed in first, lol. And BTW, shoot for low 9's on the 75 shot. With my 5speed, I ran 8.9's on the 75 shot.

did you spin tires when you launched?

if you didnt i would hold the break and the gas and when light goes green let o of the brake.

Also i would try to stay as far back on the staging lights so you have some room to roll before it actully starts "counting".. but this will hurt your reaction time.
