I think you guys are missing the point here The reason he was warned has nothing to do with the car or speeds or anything like that it has to do with the fact that by talking about suncavis car it almost always starts an argument. If I may...

1. Adam Hahn, quickest street Ecotec overall with 11.40's. As it should be, for it is the most modified one out there, but it's still all done with off-the-shelf parts, and a very mild engine, driveline, and chassis combo. It's not an all-out affair by any means, and was conceived and executed to develop a recipe that anyone can duplicate with a most reasonable investment.

2. SunCavi, quickest street Ecotec on a stock bottom end and slicks with 12.40's. Significant weight reduction like Adam's car, but a second slower due to less power and mods.

3. hypsy, quickest street Ecotec on street tires, with 12.80's. A full weight car, hundreds of pounds heavier than either of the above, also with considerably more stock engine and driveline components than either.

Them's the facts we know so far. Each of the three is a leader in its unique configuration. None of the three are directly comparable due to the significant differences. All else is pure conjecture!

SunCavi was banned from the site, permanently, for being a constant troublemaker. Fast car or not, we don't need or want that type of influence around here. His God complex and "I'm right, you suck, bow down or STFU" attitude got old real quick. I'll still give him props for his timeslips, and in the same breath tell him to GTFO if he can't check his attitude at the door.

The reason SpeedRacer got warned was for the same reason we warned (and even banned) people for "speaking for" Rick Howe in the past. Remember him? All it took was mention of his name to start a colossal fight in whatever forum it was in, and now SunCavi has put himself in that same boat. He's never ripped anyone off like Rick did, but he's a catalyst for trouble. As many times as he was warned in the past to calm down and not fight he always found a way to start trouble and we finally had to say "enough".

I'm not the one who banned SunCavi, but I fully agree with the reasons behind it. At this point I don't care who's faster, who's stock"er" or who's running slicks vs. street tires, but I do care that this guy either being in (or even being MENTIONED in) these forums is enough to start a flame war, and that's not going to be tolerated.

In the future, I'd advise everyone to try the "Contact Us" link in the left menu if you have a problem with the actions of a moderator. Jacking a post to complain like this just isn't gonna get the job done and only makes you look bad.
