ECOcav 1/8 mile time
Saturday, May 27, 2006 1:17 AM
Well tonight was a good night I ran 1/8th mile at irvington in mobile best time of the night was a good night here is the slip:

Reaction .0409
60 ft 2.3203
330 ft 6.4572
ET @ 594 ft 8.7082
1/8 ET 9.3670
1/8 MPH 68.30

the track is 60 ft short of a true 1/8 mile so you add roughly 3 tenths at higher MPH

So say a 9.6 to a 9.7 which is roughly 14.99 to a 15.16
All this was done on stock tires, custom made intake(thanks James), 2 1/4 non mandrel bent cat back w/ DNX muffler, and a lower motor mount tire pressure was 28 psi and launch was done at 3000 rpms

So I am extremely happy can't wait for my upper mount to come in will be at the Gulfport Dragstrip on Wed. hopefully with slicks (kevin we need to talk) and I will be back at irvington next friday hopefully pulling some 9.2's 14 sec all motor eco in the future

why the hell do they give 1/8 mile timeslips when it's not even a true 1/8 mile track ? they are probably one of the reasons why people make ludicrous claims of their cars running awesome times...

is Gulfport a 1/4 mile track ? if so be sure to post your 14 sec times and keep up the good work

15.574 @ 89 mph stock without charger. new times with charger coming soon.

Why would you build a track 60' short? LMAO!

I guess they couldn't afford the extra asphalt.

Because it has a circle track running around it and it would have ran into the track Don't ask me but yes gulfport is a true 1/4 and I will probably have slicks so I am hoping for 14.9 well see I will be happy with low 15's
