New 1/4 time of 13.940@99.78mph!

Well,
i did it! But let me explain what i changed. I changed the mixture of the WI to something in the area of 65-70% water and 30-35% Heed. I did my usually of raising the back end 5 turns on the gc's, pumped the rear tires to max 44psi pressure, threw my Advan A035 tires on the front and had the pressure around 26.5-25.0psi through the night. I installed those poly c-arm bushings and wow what diff. NO HEEL HOP!!

The car basically jumped off the line on every launch. Even my 2.2x launchs, especially near the end of the night when i got the tire pressure just right, the car just Jumped off the line. Each of those times, i thought for sure it was going to be anotehr 2.0-2.1 60ft.

Other then that,
Heres some of the time slips from last night.

nice times man, im still at 103mph hitting 13.90 flat's, my 60's are like 2.2 so low 13's coming soon if i can hookup and with this 2.6 pulley and injection i added on along with the 50 shot of nitrous. good job man, 60's are perfect

Thanks.

Boosted, how come u lowered the compression when u rebuilt ur motor? i would have gone with stock comp. or bump it up a little since 2.6 is basically the smallest pulley we can run. Also, i'm assuming ur using the 310cc injectors.. do u have a wideband 02? if so, what kind of numbers are u seeing?

At the top of each gear, my wideband shows that i hit the low 14s high 13s in the a/f ratio. mm. starting to get too close for comfort.

Anybody know what kind of cc and high or low independence 2.0 s/c ecotec (redline) uses stock? my buddy upgraded his to the stage 2 kit.

thanks
Nate

i think with dr's and hpt , ill be able to get 13's easy , and i havent changed the pulley yet

i dont have a wideband right now but according to my air fuel gauge, it roughly reads rich at all times and the look of my exhaust tips stay black nomatter howmuch i clean them haha, i lowered my compression because im going to be running nitrous, between 50 and 80 shot (once HPT gets ordered). Im stuck on what to order next, alky injection from coolingmist or HPT, i think im gonna do injection first, notice a big differance?

Has been mentioned already, but I really expected the way you were coming off the line you would be breaking 100 trap speeds. Great work though. You are becoming a master turner.

awesome.

Try a M5 w/i injector and see if that helps your a/f ratio.

(my goal is 13's on the stock s/c pulley, but my car will probably never see a track )

Boosted,
dont think id be able to run soo many times so quickly without the alky injection. Must def keep temps down.

Jake,
i've got the m5 on route..so its 6ghp with the 150 psi pumps vs 4.8 with the m4. So we'll see what happens.

Ordered some bosch injector connectors. I have a set of 32lbs injectors i want to try. That works out to be ~335cc so since i don't have an FPR, it shouldnt affect anything, and hopefully gives a little more at the top end to bring the afr's down to a 12x.

While were on that topic.. i know 14.7 is ideal..well for cruising and not WOT anyways. Thats what the cav seems to sit at while cruising. At WOT it drops down to high 10s, low 11s, and climbs up to high 13s at the moment. But at WOT under full boost, whats the safe range without being too rich like the 10-11s it was before the smaller pulleys.

Thanks!

Nate
