Went back to the track today...
Saturday, July 22, 2006 2:06 PM
With the car now tuned for 8psi and 7,200rpm rev limit, i decided it was time to go back to the track. The car was in 100% full street trim, 17" wheels and KDW2 tires with a 93/100 octane gas mix.

I managed a new personal best of 13.151 @ 110.78mph

Huge thanks (as always) to Todd Miller for all the help.

A full slip is in my registry. All Questions and comments are welcome.

With the typical top end loss of an auto, that 110 is even more impressive... put some slicks on her, 1.7 60' baby

im still astonished by the power your making at only 8psi and that time. trapping 110 at a 13.1 is pretty kick ass.

how much does it weigh? videos?

Very true. The car currently has a pretty crude tune. It is no where near complete yet, i hope to have it fine tuned with roughly double the my current boost pressure in the very near furture.

No clue what it weighs, maybe 150lbs lighter than stock. There will be some videos, not sure which runs were filmed. I'll have to wait until tomorrow to talk to Jon (Airtonics) Fisher to see what he got.

Jeremy,

I know I recorded a few runs excluding the fastest, I was in the staging lanes when you ran that time. I'll try and get the vids up after I get home from waterford hills raceway this afternoon.

Congrats on the times, car hauled ass out there

Its probably closer to 300whp now with 8 psi and the higher rev limit, it made 255whp before on 6 psi with a 6400rpm rev limit.

I don't really have any deffinate plans for the trans if it breaks. Its been holding up fine so far, with the hardest 70,000 miles a 4T40E has ever seen. We'll just wait and see.....

Thanks everybody for the kind words.
