the boost bypass mod, where u unplug the vacuum hose off that solenoid on the back right of the charger and plug it

Yeah, ummm that's not applicible to our cars. The cobalts have a boost control solenoid that can open the bypass valve for different reasons. Our s/c kits are not equipped with this, it's already programed into the cobalts ecu not ours.

If he wants 15psi he'll have to drop down to the 2.8 pulley and I know all about his traction issues, even with DR's I'm sure it's still difficult to hookup in first and probably second gear.

Ok, then I have something really weird on my car, if I unplug the hose on the bypass valve I see 14-15psi, and if I leave it hooked up it stops climbing at 12psi, it must have something to do with elevation, because I have a couple buddies with SS's and they are seeing the same thing. I dont know either way I cant hook up, lol

Yep your top end seems low a little for a 5spd and your current mods. I've done 96.022 & 96.362 & 96.497mph with a stock automatic Eco + GM S/C. Average 1/8 times of 9.18-9.20 for my typical 14.4x runs. Car is very fast of the line and on the 1/8 mile but I'm taking a drop of performance on the second 1/8 once in 3rd gear vs a 5 spd car. Normally a 5spd will catch up 1.5 car lenght or so on the second 1/8 mile, but I'll never miss a shift and my time will always be almost in the same 0.1-0.15
