lol i meant with snow tires on dry pavement. and i haven't run it yet, i haven't had the motivation to make it track legal yet and put an external kill switch on it... i plan on doing it once the warm weather comes back though.
14.5 is average, nothing special about that run, its not even good enough for top 10 that are bone stock with no pcm tuning of any kind on cobaltss.net
interestingly enough there are only 2 documented 12 sec Cobalt SS on the stock blower which I find surprising
