Thats a serious time for a s/c Eco !!! Congrats !!! Killer MPH, too....

What RPM are you launching at to get 1.9s 60ft ?

Around 3000 rpm and feathering the throttle in first quite a bit.

Car should get faster next year. Still need to get rid of the stock throttle body, go to a smaller pulley and probably a larger water/meth nozzle, only using a 3gph right now.

Really nice times, but I expected a better 60' with those mods. What tires were you on?

Currently using BF Goodrich 225/50/15 Drag radials

What mods would you expect a better 60 ft from? 1.9 - 2.0 is fairly typical for a cavy on radials. The lsd doesn't help much for drag racing, more for autoX.

Jon, he could be mad because your 1/4 mile time is only a second slower then his 1/8 mile time.

Nice times!

Ok, first off, I gave him a compliment on the times. But, I thought I've seen several NA Ecotecs around 2.0 60' times.
Second, Taetsch Z-24, you do realize that the 1/8 mile times listed in my profile are for the almost stock 2200 I had. I have had a couple slave cyl and flywheel issues since installing the L61. But, I've got them worked out now and trying to get a day off of work to get some times on the Eco.
I don't expect to have a 1.9 60' on street tires by the way.

Once again, for everyone that was offended........NICE TIMES

I didn't take your comment negatively just wanted to know why you thought it should be better. My 60 ft is not limited by my power, it's limited by the available traction. I'm probably only using 1/2 throttle through most of first, otherwise the tires just go up in smoke.

It's cool dude. That was more for Taetsch Z-24 trying to start sh!t.

I've been watching your progress. I like what you've done on the supercharger side of things. Nice to see that not everyone is doing a turbo. Much respect!

I don't have anything against a turbo. In fact, I've thought about getting a Cav later to turbo after my current project Fire.

Cool work so far man. And I'll be watching for more times.

Just stating facts.

Did Jon go turbo?
