So I finally got to a decent track this weekend. Pulled off some decent times but I know I could have done better. On friday night when I got there it was running quick but was having a hard time dialing in my launch to get no wheel hop. Saturday was better, no wheel hop and good traction but the air quality was worse so I was running slower on saturday. My best 60ft on the weekend was a 2.002, which I was pretty happy with but I would have liked to get into the 1.9's. Anyways, best pass was friday night, with a bunch of wheel hop, was 14.328 @ 96.15 with a 2.033 60ft. If I had a smooth launch I think I would have pulled off a 14.2 but maybe another day.

Damnit I should have gotten new times before I ditched the sc setup! My best run was on just a 2.7 pulley, I think I woulda done a little better with my 2.6 pulley, alchy injection and 75shot

Re: official m45 1/4 mile times
Sunday, August 30, 2009 5:04 PM
Haha... 75 shot mmmmm... I was going to ditch the s/c the winter when I do my engine build but I think I may rebuild and then run the s/c...I think the potential is there for some nice 13 second passes for me. Have to wait and see in the spring once the engine is overhauled. I'm kinda excited to see what a good set of cams and head work will do for an LD9 with a MP45.

Im still shocked that i have not fallen further back on this list. Now I wish I had kept my parts and done another S/C build with some changes to the reflash.

RIGHT!

Just think, My tuning and blower set up, on your Engine!

THAT would have been good!

That would have been amazing i do believe. The .430s would have been fun to try too. Even with HO cams I had a short 1500 RPM window of fun before the computer shut things down.
