Golden Trojan wrote:but 20 horsepower? Almost a 27% increase over rating (to the wheels). That's some amazing engineering. I'm not saying it probably couldn't be done, just wondering how a person can accomplish that. That info should be posted for us to learn from.
Golden Trojan wrote:But see, that's my point Darkstars... having less than rating is common I'm sure... but at that rate of increase, if you use a 200 shot and you could possibly make 254 hp. That's some tuning/engineering we need to learn how to accomplish. I'm not trashing anyone, and i think Karo is an awesome guy. He's the man i've bought most of my motor parts from to be honest. I just want to know what the secert was that makes his N/A build, so much better than the one im doing, or paul (N/A Madness). Heck look at Scott's hybrid build. He didnt' reach 200 completely. Paul's only scored 165 or so (unsure about if a tune was done). And Karo's smacked up like 254 or something crazy. What set his apart so much? I'm asking for knowledge here guys, feed the brain.

The car is a sunfire with an eco swap and running a GT35R turbo, Hahn intake manifold, etc... Last night we were able to put down 370whp and 310wtq at 20psi. Going to install a meth kit next week and see if we can crack 400whp with it. I will ask him to come in here and make a post later on today with a full specs of the car.
