my 04 Eco auto ran a 16.3 stock with 1/2 tank gas, 1300 ft elavation, and brake torquing
there slower than a 2.4 auto.

the 2.2 ecotec are rated at mid 16's so about 16.5 in the quarter, just as fast as the z24's. not to bad for being stock and such a little motor.
I got a couple mods on my eco best of 10.0 in the 1/8th
Ive looked through the regs before and it really depends on the driver, track, and car. High 15s to high 16s is the normal range for both cars.
this topic really toots my horn! the reason is because for the past two years I have been looking for some constiant mods with nubers that are just as consistant but they never stay static. for instance Ive heard people taking about there 17 second eco. and then I have heard low 15's and I ve heard they wont touch a 2.4 and ive heard other wise.
If you want to know my experince I have race a stock STICK 2.4 and I have a basicly stock eco (custom cold air, shiftplus) and when we went at it it was always ethier a tie or he pulled on me by about 3 feet.

He said he has shiftplus, to me that means it is an auto.
