I'm turning an 00 Z24 into a racer for my local 1/2 mile track. I gutted the car only cut door wire and ABS wires because I read about the security issues when you cut the radio wires. I basically unplugged everything. Now, when I turn the key I hear the fuel pump activate but when I try to start it it doesn't crank. I kept the instrument panel intake and that red light with the car and the key beside it comes on. Is this the security light and am I doomed to figure out the problem.
