I know that sometimes that can be their only way to get out of the house or retirement home but some people need their license and vehicles taken away if they can't drive safe anymore. Just last week we seen this lady who looked to be 80-90yrs old sitting in the middle of the road waiting for one car to go past but the car was a mile down the road, she had more than enough time to turn right but she just sat there blocking one lane of traffic and the funny part is she got in the same lane she was blocking, apparently she needed both lanes to turn right. Then she drove down a 45mph road @ 20 riding her brakes.
