Who stole my Cotter Pin?

Yeah Can you guess what happened? Well here is the story...

Got my prothane Control arm bushings and put them in, but we (Not accusing anyone) forgot to put the cotter pin back in. Drove the car didn't notice that much of a difference, until friday that is.

*List of Repairs Done...
Ball Joint and Boot
Tie Rod
New Axle
New COTTER PIN!
Allignment
15 miles Flat Bed Towed

I know got I screwed on the price but it was $852 and some change, I wasn't even close to the city as I was at Viking Lake State Park in Iowa. So a lesson made easy, make sure you replace the cotter pin when you are working with your control arms or Sway Bar bushings. That little paper clip thing can save your life!

sounds like an expensive mistake.....

I will have to remember that. lol
