ok heres one for you guys. my girlfriend has these $3000 momo wheels on her sunfire and told me that these guys in mommys mini van where eyeing up her car in the driveway 2 nights in a row so i spent the next night there and sure enought i say them.
first thing next day i took them off and put her factory steels back on with thes shiny hub caps from crappy tire. i told her to lspend the night at my place, leave her car at home and see what happens. so next day we head over there sure enough wheels are gone but theres 4 new jack stands and a 3 ton service jack left there.score!!! i guess these guys where too stupid to notice that $3000 had turned in to$300. too bad there jack and stands where worth more..... welcome to ontario home of the world dumbest theves

If I was actually going to steal someone's rims, I'd make sure they were worth it. I also wouldn't leave any of my equipment....
well the same thing happened in a dealership near me there was a protégé with a damn nice set of 19's chrome wheels worth like 3000$ with tires
they slapped steelies and chrome rims on it and they were stolen and the jacks and stands were left there
I am pretty sure that they stole the 3 ton jack and the stands as well... So, they pretty much traded you your crappy tire hubs / steelies for the stolen jack/stands...
I guess they had more use for the rims than the jack/stand combo. lol
