Shoppin Cart
Saturday, January 14, 2006 4:03 PM
Just got the car back from the body shop on Thurs. and I met a shoppin cart at Wal-Mart. The original reason for it to be in the shop, is that my sister backed into it causing $740 worth of damage to the front body kit bumper. So i am really pissed now. What can I do about this?? The Wal-Mart manager is filing a claim and took pictures but he said the will not do anything. He said is would be turned over to my insurance, falls in the same catagory as if a rock had hit the car on the road. I have liability insurance, will this be covered?? I am super pissed and just hope I dont have to repair this with my own money. Thanks

Hi kids, do you like 5 inch exhaust tips?,
Wanna see me stick chrome fender flares over each one of my Konigs? Wanna
follow me and do exactly as I did? Try NAWS and get your motor F***** up
worse then my life is? My brain's dead weight, I'm trying to get my head
straight, but I an't figure out which sticker to put over my license plate.
And the mechanic says "Rice Burner you's a crack head "Nu-uh" "Then why's
your car dead man its wasted " Well since age 9 I've wanted an SI so I could
put chrome 18's on it and make it run 16.9's. Got pissed off and ripped all
my honda emblems off, And replaced them with "R" badges so people know Im
not soft. I smoke a big bowl of chron, and lay in my lawn, for longer then
it took me to put my altezzas on. "Come here bastard" "Dude , wait a minute
thats a Viper dawg!!" I don't give a F***, i'll just fly by and put my
hazards on!

is there paint damage or just a dent? around here theres this company called presion dent repair. they cal push out a dent from the inside up to the size of a baseball. they pushed out this big one where i got hit with a golf ball (driving past course) and you would never know there was ever a dent there. if the car is not a repaint you can try a Ding King there pretty good too.

good luck man.

You might not want to call your insurance on this, they might make a claim and it will go on your record. More than likely it will be cheaper (in the long run) to pay it out of pocket.

It has paint damage plus it is fiberglass so it feathered around it some. Would insurance go up even if it was there fault and the road hazard thing?? I think it is somewhat associated with uninsured motorist, but i am fixin to start readin the insurance policy book and see what it says. Thanks

I'd just fix it urself. If you've seen the signs at walmart they say "Not liable for damage due to shopping carts" or something to that effect. If you take it to ur insurance and having liability they prolly aint gonna do much to help u.

You only have liability, your insurance wont fix it. If you had collision they would.
