Hey, was leaving work and hit a cone smack dab in the middle of my type j. Cracked the paint, chipped some paint, and have spider cracks. Should I call city hall about it. It was one random cone in the middle of the road, very hazardous, I had no choice but to hit it. It was on the main street infront of city hall. What should I do? Call them, make them pay? Am I just screwed and gotta fork out money to repaint it?

Here in CA the city will pay for your alignment if you call and complain about potholes...

I wish you good luck but you said it was a random cone. Did you mean that it was away from the otheres for no reason or was it alone with nothing going on? If it was just a random cone then it they will prolly say that it was vandls who put it there. You might be ok if it had the citys name printed on it though.
