eh, dunno, have to decide on a maggie or a procharger. cam might be first.

our 2010 camaro does the same thing, its annoying but cool at the same time. there are times when i dont like it but other days i do. it grew on me...
personally, I like prochargers due to the options of them... but maggies are nice due to ease. I mean either one will be bad ass and make more power than you need, but its all personal preference again.

which cam are you going with

I'd go with the maggie. With all the options (maggie, procharge, built heads and cam) you basically make the same max hp before you need internals , but the maggie will give you more torque.

Your forgetting one big thing, heat....
The Maggie is cheaper and easier, who knows maybe I'll sell the headers an go turbos?
Either way cam will probably come first, a ls9 or ls7 cam is a cheap and boost friendly option, without going crazy. Otherwise a livermois package seems like a good option.

Nice to somebody else in the jbody community has and loves the G8 GXP as much as I do. Have you been to the dyno yet with your current setup? Would love to know the numbers. I'm currently trying to see if the kenne bell will fit right under the hood with out modding anything to the rear of the engine bay, as you know the GXP's or rare. If it won't fit then im going twin turbo like I planned.

im just a big pro charger fan. fits, sounds great and they perform VERY well.
All I see when I look at that picture is power. And I see nothing wrong with power. haha.
I love the stripes, and +1 for the ProCharger.

im trying to hold off until after winter, but the urge is quite great right now to just ditch the cobalt and get one, im thinking the prices might be a little better during winter also, all of them within 50 miles are extremely over priced, all the deals are in like TX and florida

I'll go maggie before i procharger. The procharger for the g8 is just ugly imo. I want to do something different for my gxp, seems like everybody that goes supercharger goes with procharger or maggie. I know these kits fit and work great but damn can anybody think outside of the box and do something different, we have LS motors for crying out loud. The Edelbrock E-Force for camaro should work with a few mods.
