Have a love/hate thing going.
I'd say love. The whole blue rim thing needs to be more... IDK consistent. Blue bow-ties and SS logos would make them seem more natural to the car. Until then I really like that set of wheels. Classic 5 spoke look but, still modern just like the HHR itself.
I miss my Cavalier, even if it made 100 hp on a cold day and had more suspension then it deserved.
Big improvement. Perfect wheel choice for the vehicle.

Much cleaner Joe, I really like how it looks with the suspension on those wheels!

These aren't as flawless as my OE set was, but they work.
Going to stuff the Continental's on them when I get a free minute.
I loved the Enkei's the best but the stockers look real nice too. Awesome job man.

by far. theyve got the old school look that goes so well with the hhr.
NO, BLUE did NOT look better. These look clean and flow with the HHR instead of standing out like a sore thumb.
I loved my blue TC's, however they gained positive and negative attention. It was different, but standing out also brought unnecessary BS. Plus my age is catching up to me.
Enkei's just weren't my style, I don't admire the HHR for it's traditional style as most do so the rim's flow never took to me. Felt like they belonged on a Mustang like every other style of wheel like such. Plus the lips needed great attention and they packed some weight.
I pulled the Cont DW's off the blues yesterday and plan to swap them on to the chromes and just drive it. Blue TC's are spoken for by a local friend.
It's your car so whatever you like. It's not like the stockers look bad by any means. With that drop you could put wagon wheels on it and it would probably look good.
Steelies and dog dish caps.

and red. nevermind md already did that. lol
like the stockers. would have liked to see the tc polished or back to silver.

I like this notion.... the chrome wheels do look the best, the blue didn't do anything for me... the Enkeis weren't bad, though!

Anythang better then da blue!
Blue T/C's are officially sold.
Stock wheels will stay stock, if I keep it, next season I'll just buy something worthwhile and keep the stocks around. If not, they ease getting rid of it. Also thinking about swapping the fulls coils to a simple Pedder's spring regular strut/shock setup as well to ease things.
I have other "wants" right now, aka it's summer time and while I love the wagon I've put enough into it to be content.
Wagon and G8 need A photoshoot.
