Nothing much this past week. I was sick a week and a half ago, so I missed two days of work = chevette funds to cover short check. Sucks, that $500 would have went a long way! Sold a few more parts, so back in the $200 range. Going to order up that clutch disk for now, and maybe look for a cheep S2000 header to modify for this project (stock header style manifolds can be had for $50-75).

Mustang T5 shifter

Spent a couple hours stripping the front suspension down..... What a PITA! All control arm bolts seized in the bushings, had to cut them all. While I can save the control arms, the upper mounting bolt passes thru a sleeve welded to the cross member..... It's seized in there.

Another *minor* setback, spent some Chevette money on another paintball gun. Good new is that even though I bought one, I'm selling two! lol

Hell no! I've got a dual feed Phenom, that hardly gets used these days already. I've been running with Tiberius T8 and T8.1 for over a year now, and just came across a Limited Edition Black Nickel T8(with mods) that I had to buy. lol
Still not much has been done with the Chevette. Basically at the point where things just need to be fixed. Floor, suspension mounting points, rear axle suspension mounting points cut off and transfered over to new axle, drive shaft made....... Radiator and brakes, wheels and tires....

Ah yeah, the black nickel ones are sexy... I just can't deal with those things because the mags are so ungodly heavy. love everything else about them but that's a deal breaker when I can carry 30 ten round tubes that weigh less than 2 Tib mags lol. That's why I sold you the T8.1
Can't wait to see how the car comes along, wish I had the time/motivation for project like this. Hell, wish I could find an even remotely clean Chevette, period...
