. . yeah it's like spot on!

My S1 has the silver frame and PM wheels - but if I were to come across a good deal I'd pick up that color combo in a heartbeat.

Did you end up selling those blue SS/TC wheels?

Blue wheels went to a yellow Cobalt SS/SC.

Had a weekend with a few gatherings setup as fundraiser events for great cause- http://www.wwmt.com//news/features/featured/stories/community-raises-money-family-father-killed-hit-run-crash-370.shtml

Some shenanigans still took place to maintain good spirit, and unfortunately my running car as a heat source attracted such-

Benny didn't approve-

Serious wagon-

Oh, and I ran unto this guy Friday night-

haha, thanks for the publicity! I should have gone to the event on Saturday, but I really wanted to do the Top Hat Cruise instead. HHR looks sexy as always!

Wagon needs an eyelid to flow with that body line on the front. It's sweet as hell!

If he puts an eye lid on that car I will drive to Michigan just to pull it off..

The NIA design eyelids do look nice. Just haven't felt froggy enough to spend money on the wagon, but for example here they are with black Depo's-

However been cleaning the bike up-

Good seeing you Brent, all good I knew you had other plans!

Not at all, I've been putting more focus into it and the smaller details.

Removed and had the lower cowl and refinished it a metallic silver with a blue pearl as shown, and being I failed to get rid of this exhaust I removed the "Two Brothers" plates from such and tossed in black rivets in their place last week as well. Cleaned it up a tad. Wouldn't mind aftermarket rearsets and powdercoating the passenger footpeg's black to create a "flow". In time.

Been some time since I've posted about the HHR as my bike has replaced it as a fun toy but here we go.

55 days out of powertrain warranty my faithful wagon decided to overheat. Discovered all my coolant had mysterious left and found it's way into the oil! Nothing crazy found upon teardown, it's being said I have one of the earlier porous/cracked blocks that some LNF owners have fallen victim to. Car drove into the shop, no catastrophic damage. GM gave me the finger on covering such fully, and agreed to do partial coverage in which I come out 50% of an entire longblock assembly+labor. Truthfully it's still the most cost effective route, so she awaits such. After the new trans last season she shall be fresh!

I love this HHR!

Sad to hear about the block. That is a bummer.

After she is all fixed and done. Lets trade! Take over the payments of my SS LNF!

GMR has got nothing on this

Haven't BS'd with Clyde in a while, to be honest I'm not even sure he was aware it was down for a month getting a new long block.

Nice though, we need a mini-meet in Ohio someday!

I should just get off my ass, and host a bash....since all the venues would gladly have us again...
