Inception lol
Really like where this is going, needs a light bar with 4 KC's on top lol
Soooooo..
Ive had this week off, decided to start on those floors. DAMN, worse than I thought. This is what was left after I stopped stabbing it with a screwdriver.
Started hunting for clean metal
Cleaned up and rust treated
fresh metal (note the metal shield over the brake lines) more on that later
That WAS a floor... wash your car people.
This was the end of night one.... Ran out of shielding gas 15 mins after the supply store closed.

Day 2
got up and finished welding, ground the welds and stuff, and took pictures..
then this happened... remember that brake line I mentioned earlier? no? ok scroll back up......
yeah so, apparently rusty corroded hard line does not like being moved. OK bright side? I'm off, its in the garage, and it didn't kill me.
Down side? I spent all damn day doing this, well I fixed the lines too..

Day three..... Etching primer and seam sealer (dont mind the marks from the shop vac)
So I needed something to do while I waited for the seam sealer to dry. Logical thing? Fix the passenger side floor.. NOPE I want fun.
I swear it just fell off..
So I thought the muffler was rubbing (it was close to some bashed up sheet metal) and it just happened to fall off anyway (see previous picture) So I used my summit coupon to buy a smaller, er.. "muffler" and proceeded to weld that ish on. Please note my super awesome wispy lightweight hanger.
oh I finished the floor too... A.D.D. much?

Just for Jeffie, some never before seen pictures.
Caught it in its natural habitat (out with the garbage for those of you who needed it S-P-E-L-L-E-D out)
Figured you needed a more artistic shot of the rear now (love that expired tag, its vintage)
