What would everyone say is their favorite American muscle car of all time?

I would have to go with the Firebird Formula, preferably '69

1971 Chevelle SS 454

My dad owned one when I was young and ended up selling it. After he passed away, I decided to rebuild one of my own. It isn't a 454, just a 350 but I am going to make it a replica of his.

Have a good one,
Justin

my dad had a 69 chevelle ss that he had for 30 some years. over that time he sand blasted the frame, chromed the whole underbody, he ahd a custom blue, white, and black speckeled leather interior. car was awesome. we moved and he sold it ( mom made him). which sucks cuz my best friends dad had one to and we both watned to drive them to school. anyway the guy my dad sold it to was selling it, and my dad was thinking about buying it back. well one night we got a real bad thunderstorm and lightning hit the guys garage and it burned the garage down along with the car. i coulda sworn my dad was gonna cry.....

Wow, there's alot that are equally favorite to me, I'd take every single one of them.

1981 Pontiac Trans Am.

ANY 1969 Camaro, trim doesn't matter

Any 1967-69 Chevelle SS

1969 Pontiac GTO

There's so much more but these are the tops. I don't really want rare or collectible cars because I would dream forever and never get one. Atleast the ones I've listed above are somewhat reasonable.
