Almost all their cars have the essential ingredients, a lot of power, good drivetrain, with a splash of German Engineering.

So if Dodge is getting it wrong, who is getting it right.....GM HAHAHAHAHA

Those are good cars thar DC did right... But Chargers should not be foor doors.

I don't understand the obsession with 4 doors nowadays... EVO, STI, SRT4, @!#$ing every nissan except the 350... WHY WHY WHY... Is is THAT hard to get in the back? seriously? its so not worth uglifing the cars...

Four door cars are more convinient. For moving people and/or cargo.

I give big credit to D/C for making foor door power-houses. Breaks the "coupe only" paradigm. I've always been a bigger sedan fan than I was coupe, and we should get the big toys, too.

I, for one, would love to have one of those Chargers (either color). A car with a good size interrior, and lots of power, and damn good looks. You can't ask for more than that.

IMO I dont like retrostyling at all the charger, mustang, camaro coming out soon all need to ditch there old looks and find something new. GM did something like that with the GTO still its kinda bland, but better..

GM at least get's it right with there four doors. Ever notice that Cavaliers and S/F's have sedans AND coupes?? lol W/ the J tho, IMHO coupe def. looks better (cept'n' for all the ricers that put over-size wings on, lol, too bad I've got a sedan (tho I am gonna make it look sweet for a sedan, heh, big projects this summer)

I saw the Charger Daytona at the Chicago Auto Show yesterday, and Dayum does it look nice in person, ... for a sedan. I'd prolly rather go w/ the SRT-8 Magnum tho. Similar look, but theres already tons of aftermarket for it. That's only if I shot myself in the foot and went away from GM (did that twice already, Ford and Nissan). On the otherhand, still shooting myself in the foot, I could get an 05 Stang for under $20G and there's already tons of aftermarket (as demonstrated at the Auto Show).

All in all, I hope DC comes up w/ a coupe Charger before they get boo-ed at the market by Mopar-diehards.

^^^ Somewhat agreed. It would have been nice to see them offer both a sedan and a coupe version, to make everyone happy. But if they were going to go only with one, I'm glad they went the sedan route. The diehards may get upset, but if what they want is the old classic models, then they should get one of those. There's a reason things change and adapt to the times: the fact that if it all stayed the same, it would get boring and outdated.

I like power of the new Charger but it looks like ass. I mean don't think it should be four doors either but they could have possibly avoided some of the heat by at least making the car attractive. I mean it has 425hp in SRT-8 form but I can't reconcile the design.
