Lol yeah...I actually buried my speedo on the way home (~165mph with a few hundred more RPM left...) So I'd say we were pretty damn lucky too LOL.

Luke, I must say...when I put my downpipe on, it felt like I was driving a different car. Indivia makes a great unit, I'm assuming you chose to go catless? I was going to get a catted downpipe, but I ended up going the catless route, and I'm glad I did. The car sounds great and like I said the difference is huge. I'm real happy with the Cobb too, the car pulls SO hard in every gear. I took my friend out in it last night for a ride. He's got a stage 2 (Cobb) WRX, and he and I raced when I was stock. We were dead even at that time, but now he says he can't believe how the car just doesn't stop pulling, even up through 5th. I didn't go WOT in 6th with him in the car, but trust me it pulls just as hard.
I'll be going to the track on April 2nd to see what kind of times I can pull off, I'm aiming for mid-high 12's, I'll keep you updated.

You seriously need to get rid of that VF39. It's about as small on your car as the 13G is on mine. You think the downpipe made a big difference...wait until you have a turbo that flows. Think FP Green.

Even if my car could go 170mph, I wouldn't do it.. I don't want to get caught going that fast by the cops and face super high insurance rates, and a tore up liscense.. And most importantly, I don't want to get in a wreck with an innocent bystander.. I do street reace (sometimes) but I always cut it at 60mph.. If I lost at that speed, I'll probably still loose when the governer kicks in.. My 2 cents..

I street race, I admit it, but not weaving in and out of traffic like that at speeds in excess of 130 mph
I have had my cavalier up to 135 and it was cool but kinda scary

then u post a few vids where in one vid your about maybe 20 feet about from someone in a lane while switching 2 lanes over, sorry man thats just dangerous. anything could happen, that guy could change into the left lane or anything u never know.
if your goin to mess around, just make sure theres no one around, you can predict well what your car will do, but u have no idea what other people will do.
