Nitrous kit "can my engine handle it"

Ok i own a 1991 Honda civic 1.7l. The only mods are cold air intake and cat back exhaust. The car is kinda a junker and just for fun. The real question is do you think the stock engine can handle Nitrous. If so how much? And last question what cheaper dry kit do u recommend. THanks FRO

stock 1.7?? Engine swap? Should be a sohc 1.6 for the ex and lx , or 1.5 for the dx
