why do you think i'm leaning toward this swap, instead of the V8s that the swappers are doing with RX7s? i'd rather have something different...with slightly better gas mileage...and the ability to go crazyfast on smaller displacement.

Ahh OK so it's going in an RX7.. what's wrong with the rotary?

wouldn't putting an engine as heavy as the 3.8L throw off the balance of an RX-7?

it doesn't HAVE a motor...so i am starting from scratch.

believe it or not, if i put a small fuel cell in the hatch, that'll keep the weight where it should be. i'm still doing research on that, though...i want to keep the cell as small as i can, while retaining the weight balance...so i can actually use some of the hatch for stuff, if need be.

L, this is going to be one sweet ride when it's done. When you finally get all the parts, I'll see about taking time off to help with the work.

But anyway, my dad's friend back home owns a salvage yard. I'll call him up and see if he can locate something for you.

If you sent it today, then no, not yet, as work has changed network settings and I can't access any of my email accounts. How that works and I can still long on to the .org, I have no idea. I'll check it when I get home.

If it was before today, then I didn't get it at all. But I'll be online tonight from like 9-10:30 at least, so catch me there!!
