From what i've been told from a couple people on here, the SC reflash is a fake 2-bar, just GM did it for us instead of us having to rescale everything from scratch.
Not sure if that puts a crimp in your plan or what not, but this is just what i've been told.

In an way it is.. The tables have been halved, but it does read boost. (IE:fueling would now be controlled by MAP instead of TPS)

For all practical purposes a 2 bar is a 2 bar. the one in my 02 is actually meant for a Duramax (at least that is what the PN came out for).
not yet, I am on campus with 19 credits so not only do I not want t do work in the parking deck, 19 credits wouldn't even allow me to either. However I am going home this weekend and hopefully can get hands on the 2 bar map sensor and the harness for it along with doing my suspension.
