Right at start up its around 12.0 and after about 10 or so seconds of running it goes to 18.0+

Mat, forgot to tell you. We added the constant changes to the tune Ryan orginally sent me. When you were there we playing with the tune that I FIRST had and dynotuned. That let the car idle so much better. It did get choppy, but it was running. It only stopped when we cut the car off. The idle trim is at 1350. So, your right, goign in the right direction.

So we got it to the point it doesn't shut off on its own now, had to raise the target idle speed to 1400 so it didn't try to lower to 900 and stall itself out. We fixed a problem with the IAT sensor not reading, and now it wants to idle at 1700-1900, dropping and raising slowly. Spark is around 5-7 at idle, and sets pretty still.
Now, question. I don't remember what the STFT and LTFT does to the AFR. But we are watching the ST fluctuate in park, and when we put it in drive it switches to the LTFT and does the same. Also, the O2 B1 is raising pretty sharply when it revs up to around 1900 rpm, and goes back down to around 1700 rpm when the O2 B1 lowers.

What are the STFT, and LTFT? 5-7 degree's of timing at idle? That seems really low.
