Anything you can get from Greg Banish it worth the money. That being said, if you are getting this to help you tune a Jbody PCM, its not going to aid you much.....

I have a copy on my computer. Honestly, it is a good help in understanding the general process, along with his book, and hartman's tuning book.

It won't help for a step-by-step process to tune a jbody pcm, as has already been stated above. I feel that the beginner one is VERY basic. Basically something that any tuner can teach you if you sit down and talk to him for 5 mins. I got the beginners CD after tuning my buddies car, and realized that all the stuff on the DVD was something that I have already learned. So, that being said, its called beginner, because it is.

But, if you are new to tuning, and how everything works, it will supply you with general knowledge and it worth the money. The HP Tuners forums writeups are great too. Some really knowledgeable peeps on there.

Banish has an advanced one out as well, and It is definitely on my list.
