I think what he was trying to say is good stuff for apologizing. It's not every day that someone mans up like you did. Hence, good show.

A lot of people will still try to defend what they did even if they were in the wrong. Start making excuses, etc, you admit you were in the wrong and apologized...
I admit when I first read "good show" I kind of thought it was sarcastic but after thinking about it, I think he was just saying good stuff for apologizing like Y3llowCav said.

I wasn't being sarcastic, was acknowledging your positive behavior as good Nick.
