How are the ecotec valvetrains holding up? Are there any oiling issues, spring breakages, ect? Just wondering if anyone is making power up to 7,000rpm on an n/a ecotec without breaking stuff.

have you dynoed it, or been able to set the fuel trims to ur 7400 limit?

does any one know if they can raise the rev limitor on a 97 5 spd? if so im interested my valve train is a bit tweaked and can hold it . im always boucing the 6400 mark. and i would love to get it raised b4 i finish boosting.

wow grats guys...

brian did you umm shut off or turn on the spark ramp out mode above 6400 rpms? I cant remember if its on or off..

At first mine wqasnt changed and I felt a drastic loss in power above 6400.. once rodimus changed that and added some fuel above 6400 the car pulls VERY hard to 7k...
