Electromotive Tec III

I have a tec III installed in my 97 2.4L Cavalier, t3/t4 57 trim turbo with 750 CC injectors. Now to my questions.

1). You guys that have this system, do you use a cam sensor?

2). Anybody willing to share your bin file? Mine is base tuned but i'd like to compare others maps to mine for learning purposes.

3). Anybody know what happens if you run without a cam sensor in sequential mode? I goofed and told the tuner i had a cam sensor installed (cause the cars have them stock) and did not know it was unhooked. So now it is running sequential without a cam sensor. It seems to run just fine but i obviously get error code 13 - cam sensor failure. Trying to see what i can do cause the guy who tuned it would have to be flown here if we can't fix it without him here.

thanx

It cant run in sequential mode without the sensor.
code 13 also means its now running in batch fire mode.

batch/sequential means nothing to operation. Some extremely high output engines can get pressure surges in the fuel rail when many large injectors are cycled at the same time, but its rare.

The only Tec files I had are gone because the laptop was stolen.

so should i worry about it? cause it runs good... should i leave it alone or try to get it into phased mode?

wouldn't worry
pre 95, the majority of cars ran this way.
means nothing overall
