Anybody Else Log Total missfires?
Wednesday, September 27, 2006 5:53 PM
I have been. And well today, one my way home i went for a little boot on the back roads....well as usual. But i logged my car this time. And agian, no misfire comes up on the cluster, but the total misfires goes up down on the log. Sometimes its only 4 and then goes away, other times it its a hundred and then goes away.

Weird. Just curious if anybody else has noticed this.

The CEL will only flash if the detected misfire is bad enough to cause damage to the cat
