I am wondering how yours responds? Mine jumps back and forth erratically at idle and in the throttle unless I am WOT or coasting anything I need to change to get a better reading because it seems like the thing is always jumping around!!

Yes, that is what a narrowband does. COMPLETELY USELESS! Unless of course the purpose in having it is to display some sort of erratic light show.

All it does is show that the engine does indeed cycle rich and lean over stoich (14.7), while in closed loop operation. At WOT it will lead richer than stoich, and while coasting leaner, but not how much richer or leaner, and that's why it's useless for tuning.

yep it's pretty much useless. like everyone said. it pans from side to side. get used to it.
It does nothing, it's not a wideband. it just looks kinda cool.
The only thing they are really good for is showing you if you are lean under WOT. That's it.

They don't even do that, unless you are leaner than 14.7, at which point you're in trouble.

it still shows you when your geting close to 14.4, its how you had to tune in the old days, but its more for show.
