HPT=Alpha N
Split Second=Speed density

THere is a reason why no factory boosted car is using Alpha-N tuning to tune.

Unless you have a 2k+ 2.4, then its speed density.

x2. if chris can get it to work with the eco flash. illget it just for the fact to adjust timing and raise the limiter to 7000-7500. got the fuel part taken care of.

Its never going to happen guys, sorry. Thank GM for that. They screwed with the file so much that it makes it impossible for HPT to work with it.

I found some info on it and yes for the cost its = to HPT but it seams to me that All j's are Alpha-N systems as far as fuel b/c the map sensor only has to deal with timing! from what I've heard but HPT seems to have this site honed in b/c most ppl I talk to say to use HPT and forget about it!!! what about MS or this FTC ? any body want to give them a chance ? (I know ppl on here do use MS) FTC? its sold by J-tuners so it must work with our cars ? its made by Split Second. Split Second I'm not trying to be rude HPT is good but do we all have to use it ? I may or may not use HPT but I cant afford anything right now at all so I wont use anything b/c my turbo project is now on hold!!!! no turbo!!! but anywayz check out split seconds site its full of info its basically a piggyback ECU but I would say it looks like a stout product(it uses its own built in map sensor to conver our cars to speed density fueling and allows timing control under normal and boosted conditions)
Other wise I havent seen many ppl do it but the Port fueler is basically an "Injector Manifold" if that makes sense and a stand alone injector driver (made by Split Second) it would work great for fuel only but you would need something to control timing under boosted conditions!!! to me the FTC sounds like a good setup use it and get some good injectors and then turbo or SC whatever you want a chainsaw for all I care!!!
