whats the deal with spark...

with hpt i understand it only allows spark tables to the stock rev limit but why? i mean we can raise our rev limit but why dont spark tables scale with raising the rev limit? is this something they could look into or is there no capibilties? like say the tables go from 0-6600 there will be tuneability with spark but raising the rev limit only lets spark ramp off beond, but is there a way hpt could make raising the rev limit to say xxxx amount add on colums automatically to the spark table to that xxxx amount because thats what you raised it to.

Because the table scales are hard coded into the ECU. Scaling the RPM based tables would require an OS change, HPT only edits the calibration.
