Here is a recording done with the LM-1 wideband unit.

This is a 2nd and 3rd gear pull on 8.2 psi.

As you can see it sits in low 11's through most of the pull. It actually starts at about 12.0 when I first enter boost and creeps down into the low 11's and it actually went into the 10's for a split second at the very end it looks like.

so it looks like the reflash sets you a little rich with 370cc saab injectors. On the safe side I guess.

now if you had the rpm pick up , lol

looks good , turn it up more , it should still support 10-11 psi with ease

The car is running better now.

I dont know if the computer had to learn it or what but it is now pegging 11.5 afr under boost in 1st through 3rd gear.

Well...Jon (airtonics) had the connector end from the reline motor, sensor was 32 plus shipping, the reflash is from a buddy who is a gm tech, and the VIN number for the reflash is from another buddy who has the reflash already.

as far as i know your not susposed to use the same vin for the reflash

and the reflash supports the 02-05

ok i read every single post in here and i think i can figure out how to wire up the 2 bar map if thats all the parts and wiring there is to do now heres what i have

2002 PCM
03 Fuel Rail
Delphi 310cc injects
RSM Supercharger
stock fpr

Now what do i go in and tell them, most of the time the dealer has no idea wtf your talking about when it comes to performance parts, do i just go in and be like i want the ecotec supercharger program, will they give me @!#$ cause i have an 02 or i dont actually have the gm charger? is there just part #s i give them, do i need to use someone elses vin?

youll need the TMAP , and the plug for it

then wire it in to your engine harness

modify the intake so that the tmap fits snugly , and make the bracket for it

and the biggest is finding a dealer to reflash the pcm with the eco s/c reflash
