I got a fiberglass drift rear bumper and i was woundering the part under the pilense plate where the exhaust come`s out should tht be cut a bit or cant you see it once its on the car? any pics of it cut?

are you talking about the whole lip under the rear? like under the license plate it has a little lip there, do you mean under the lip when it starts to go back in? if so i cut mine off. i had it on there for a while til it rained real bad here one day and i went through a puddle and it ripped right through to the lip so i just cut the whole bottom out
Most of those lips end up getting cracked anyway. They're not sturdy and yes, you can see them and in my opinion they look silly. I cut mine off and I think it looks much better.
You can tell somewhat from this picture- wish I had one of the bumper off and cut for yah.... sorry.
