i was wondering how these work, somewhere i read, that they open jsut like a regular door, but then they go up, so they arent like a true lambo door where they just pop off the car and go up? I mean, damn, 500 bucks, thats pretty tight, but, i was kinda hoping for different. just wondering, i may have head a laps of the brain too and read wrong but, o well, mistakes happen

No, the hinges are nothing like real Lamborghini doors. The best we can do is try and make them like said lambo doors. Some people don't like opening their doors up all the time so the companies made it so we could open them like normal (at least part way) if we wanted. Just look at a Lamborghini and look at a Cavalier with "lambo" hinges. You'll notice the difference right away.
