well the truth is that these forums are for @!#$ talkers mostly, the most active members just talk crap all the time. They never buy anything from anyone, they got stock cars. We dont care what these people think, because we know they arent going to buy from us anyways. we have our clients that love the stuff we do. Dude, in a completely unbiased view, while watching this all unfold, here is my take...
Your attitude(mainly the reply in your sig), is the biggest reason people who never bought products from you, trash talk. They have nothing to go by except word of mouth and watching how your treat people. If you held your composure through this situation, helped the guy out, and didn't act so immature at times, I don't think as many people would even care about this whole ordeal.
Now, I understand that you claim not to care about people trash talking that will never buy products, and that never have. But what about people who have money to buy something like a hood or trunk or lip kit... but your attitude alone is enough to make them pay more somewhere else, buy something different somewhere else, or settle for something that isn't what they realy wanted?
Seriously, a business cannot thrive on ONLY return customers. You need to treat everyone with respect and have a mature way of presenting yourself. Even through stuff like this whole ordeal. Or else, once those repeat customers don't need anything else... well... your clientel will slowly dwindle away and you will have more overhead than profit and go under.
I have seen some stand-up guys with mountains of knowledge go under no matter how good of a price or customer service, or product they had. The reasons were simply poor business decisions, advertising problems, and just plain not getting the product out there to more people.... Now, if someone with more knowledge in their field than half the world, and with every intention of making a kick ass product at a kick ass price can go under for silly little reasons that they could have avoided, why wouldn't someone who presents themselves the way you have been, go under just as quick??
I would realy reconsider talking down to 25K+ members of a site driving the very cars you are making some new and even first-time products for. As well as just plain acting like an absolute arrogent jerk. Why present yourself like you are better than everyone else, and then expect them to buy things off you simply to line your*already extremely fat* pockets that you claim to have? I guess this whole post is simply to point out that you realy are missing a huge key factor to running a business and it will be the downfall of your success if you continue with the path you chose with this issue.
Sad to see you do things like aftermarket hoods with eyelids, the technic lip, and all that,... and be the only one to have these products... simply so you can destroy your immage with bad customer relations and an overall terrible attitude.
On the other hand....you have other fingers.

I've ordered from most of the companies on this site, or will be ordering from soon enough. Heres a list of who I've ordered from recently Car Customs,and A-Plus Performance, spent quite a bit of money buying from both of them. By the end of the summer I will be ordering from Izn Trbl(I have to call you soon Josh
) Turbo Tech Racing and various other companies who support the Org. Also my car isnt as stock as it used to be...
And crap like this is what caused you to lose business from ppl like myself, I was going to order the Invader hood you carried this summer to finish up my exterior. With all your crap talking about us members and ppl who own J's, I decided to order my hood from someone else at a better price and better customer service. You just lost some money right there, and with more and more ppl reading this the loss is going to add up by the end of the year.

If you read the topic Josh(IZN) put it would link you to a dispute they had a while back where Whiteboy claimed his ebay acct got hacked and that he wasnt ordering from Josh.. But he just confessed to a customer recently he did order it.... Also Josh is probably one of the best ppl I've spoken too always helpful and quick with his responses.

I've been around JBO for a long time (1999ish I don't have a join date on file
), and the decent sellers always, ALWAYS try to settle a problem before it gets to the point that someone is pissed off enough to make a post in a forum. Whiteboy, I'll say this, you've got enough people pissed off at you here, it might be an idea to put up or shut up. There's about what... 5 threads total of bad mouthing A+, CarCustoms, Gravana, Izn Trbl, etc total, and they're mostly filled with supporters, and you've got 7 pages of mixed reviews on this thread alone as well as several others (I gather) casting aspersions.
