yeah cheap + projectors does NOT = quality.
and if you arent using bi-xenon, everyome will loose thier high beams.....thats not fun.
and its illegal (not that any retro job really is....)
ok I use lexus sc400 projectors, and mazda millenia s projectors as low beams. i have over 75hrs of work in my headlights alone, not including other sets ive built. i run h3 6000k sim driving lights as high beams and have custom harnesses and use relays. ive had these headlights in my car for the last 1 1-2 as projectors, and are the original headlights from my car. they have seen 3 different set of projectors in and out. i mount and point the headlights installed in the car with no lenses. ive benn tinkering with some bi's with motorized shields but have been having clearence probs. bezels are one off made with fuzor and abs material
You should check out the black projector halos by CG for 2003-2005 model cavaliers , they retail $415,00 but are really nice!
