Ill speak for Dustin. One 18 will not hit 157 or 152. Maybe in a burp with 10k watts. Ive sat in cars running more cone and more watts than you. Ive experience 156 db behind my head 3 inches.

AC mics are @!#$ plain and simple. Put your car on a TermPro mic and see the difference.

You obviously dont know what the @!#$ youre talking about and you need to stop getting offended when some says that youre ghetto. You admitted you were so why get so offended by it?

So why are you on a JBody forum if you want spinners for your ghetto ass Explorer? SLow yo roll and come back if you have time after pimpin some hos.

Ok, Well this is a great forum site and is very informational and yes the respected people in this forum site do know a lot of stuff. I just posted a question about spinners and every one started just bad talking them all i did was ask a question to get answers that i did not know. I knew it was not the appropriate site to list a question like that but i gave it a try, When people are talking smack i am just going to talk smack back so thats what i did.

And yes ill admit i am new to db readings but i have experience with lots of car audio and etc. It is hard to actually find a real db reader but i read that the epic-160 is fairly close to the term lab about 2 dbs off and at the very most people are saying is 5 dbs, what do you think about that? Also what do you think the highest db reading could be for a single 18?

u should've just posted this thread in the wheel/tire forum then u might not've gotten so much @!#$ from so many people.
but coming out and getting angry bcuz of some comments and talking bout how great ur "system" is really does'nt solve anything.
as stated, if i were you i'd check out the wheel/tire forum, if ya can't find the answer there look on an suv website since that's what these are for correct?

You know, I've run some big stuff, Nate's run some big stuff, and you tell ten lies.

Your car may do 13 sec @ 103 mph, but my car does 146db @ 35 hz.

I'm back again, that's total bull@!#$. I had 3600 watts going to 4 12's, in the trunk, with cancellation, i could hit a 146 all day on music. Nate had some xxx 15's, on a sealed up trunk setup/wall, and he'd hit a 152. There's no way that, with @!#$ty L7's, that you could hit anything close to that, unless the port was right on top of it. NO WAY. I can throw up the BS flag, raise it high, and raise it true.

Tis true, i never check the Wheel/Tire forum. Mainly because it is a bunch of idiots asking if the wheel they just bought will fit. Or Audio, im never in there. All my audio related questions go straight to Lanman.

/\ so then your running lanzar right?

guys, he allready admitted he was basing his meter off the audio control dash unit so everyone knows its not an accurate reading. the higher the spl the more the meter will be off. there is a reason why quality meters run around a grand or more.

Jason, sit down for this one buddy. I've run other gear than Lanzar before! I've had old MB Quartz, CDT, Alpine, Maxxonics stuff, Fosgate, Stillwater Designs (kicker), Xtant and Clarion just to name a few.
