polyurethane kit modification???

Ok so I have a kit for a 00-02 that's polyurethane. I want to modify the front for the 95-99 headlights. I'm sure it is possible but I am not sure what I would need. If it was fiberglass then well i'd be simple and easy since I've worked with that alot but I'm lost on this.

i would just do the 2002 headlight swap....would be better and seamless, and no issues w/ paint and trying to add filler to a plastic bumper

well if it was mine id make filler panels so this way not mess with the kit and still allow me to swap back if i choose to.

True. The only reason I hate to swap is because I have a brand new set of HID 1 piece projecters sitting at home in the box. I know I could just sell them and get others but not sure I'd get what I paid for them.

true they dont reason i stated this is cause he never originally stated what kit it was. Just stated it was a kit, and polyurethane at that. Good point out tho on the non production of the kit for that year frame.

Well I actually sold the coupe after returning it to stock. So after I do a couple repairs (nothing major) to the front I will have it up for sale 00-02 TRD Front, Sides, and a LSS 03-05 rear. I got a real TRD spoiler to but I am not sure I want to part with it. I am going to use the Pro Stock spoiler with the Type J kit on my Vert.
